" Bob Griffin here ,hoping you'll get this 'e' mail..just to tell you that I have an SV 650 Suzuki that had an oil leak..I called a lot of Suzuki dealers serv. depts .. to try to ascertain its origin ..EVERY place I called the Serv writer or Serv. mgr was way too busy,curt and unresponsive..I called your service dept. and guess what??? I GOT HELP!!!
I spoke with a real nice ,CUSTOMER -ORIENTED , guy named KC ...he took the time to ask a real mechanic the possible locations or origin(only two,,valve cover or cam chain tensioner) .came back to the phone and was very professional and helpful.. I've had similar experiences with your parts dept as well...CONGRATULATIONS on knowing and adhering to the philosophy that REPEAT BUSINESS IS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT !!! I do hope that you are doing well..(every time I go in there it looks very busy)oh yeah...If I need parts for my Harley bagger trials bike that I'm building ..I'll get 'em from you!!!

"I just wanted to let you know that you've got my business. I had a problem with my rear left turn signal on my Can-Am Spyder so I called your shop. Your folks said, "Sure, bring it in and we'll look at it." I drove the 15+ miles from my office even though I had an appointment that had me under time pressure. I knew it was a simple problem, but not simple for me. I came in, they drove my Spyder right in. In 40 minutes, I was outta there. No paperwork, no cost. And I got to my appointment in time. I know the thing is still under warranty, but the process was relatively painless. And I didn't even buy it from you guys! You're almost 28 miles away from my home in Rancho Cucamonga, but you've got my business for service. Hopefully, Spyders don't need a lot of maintenance; but when I eventually need it, no question: I'm coming over to your place, Lord willing.
All I know is that even though you're relatively far away from my home, you're far and away the better place to go for parts and service for the Can-Am Spyder. Thanks for taking your jobs of servicing Spyders seriously.

"I am writing this letter to communicate my pleasant dealings with your company and your employees, and I especially wanted to share my experience with your service advisor, KC Younces. It is the people that make Malcolm Smith the success that it is today. Every aspect of my dealing with your organization, with your salesman John, your Business Manager/ Department Mark Decker, your parts department with Danny Shannon, your service technician Lior Elbaz, and most recently your service advisor K.C. Younes, has made owning my first KTM a very pleasurable experience. I especially wanted to commend KC. I understand he is in a difficult position that most people that come in are unhappy to begin with. My 2008 KTM 530EXC failed after only 153 miles and 7.8 hours on it. To start off, he was able to provide a comfort level by informing me this was a freak and unusual occurance, and as long as I didn't create this situation I would be well taken care of. KC has always kept me up to date and when I learned parts or my repair would be delayed six weeks he worked hard on his own to procure those parts to get the bike repairs in a timely manner. Even calling from his cell phone and communicating with me late at night using his own personal e-mail address. Never, ever, have I had such an experience on someone so interested in my behalf, and working with me and treating me like it was his own self that had the issue."
